Plastic Surgery, as many presume, is not unaffordable even for a common man. But this is a difficult question to answer because it is a specialised service and it varies from problem to problem. However it can be generalised that

Plastic Surgery is not meant only for the elite or the rich as many would think!

It is like any other type of surgery but involves more time and use of different material - likewise the corresponding difference in the cost!
